Ghana International Airlines (GIA) is the new national airline of Ghana. Our vision is to be the leading and most respected airline in West Africa. GIA is currently recruiting ambitious and honest individuals to join its team.
CABIN CREW
We are now seeking our next intake of Cabin Crew. Our Cabin Crew are the ambassadors for the great value product that we will offer our customers. They need to display a high degree of motivation, enthusiasm and commitment to everything they do.
Our model cabin crew member must personify Ghanaian hospitality.
If you are driven by the excitement of joining a new airline, are customer focused, have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to handle change in a dynamic and fast moving environment, then we would like to hear from you.
To qualify for the position you must qualify with the following criteria:
Age : Minimum of 19 years old
Height :
Minimum of 160 cm tall
Weight :
In proportion to height
Arm reach :
Minimum of 212 cm (on tip toes) to access safety equipment
Education :
Diploma or equivalent
Languages :
Fluency in English (spoken/written) is mandatory
Additional fluency in local languages is preferred
French proficiency is advantageous
Health :
Medically fit to meet aircrew requirements
Experience :
Experience in hospitality/service industry preferred
Competitive remuneration packages are offered to attract the best candidates. Uniforms will be provided. Cabin crew will also be entitled to overseas allowances when traveling on duty.
