ConocoPhillips Global Aviation Services is currently
recruiting for a DeHavilland Twin Otter Captain pilot
position in Alaska.
ConocoPhillips operates Boeing 737, CASA 212 and
DeHavilland Twin Otter aircraft in the state of Alaska
supporting North Slope oil production operations
transporting both passengers and cargo. The turboprops
are based on the North Slope and the Boeing 737's are
based in Anchorage.
Responsibilities may include:
The pilot-in-command is responsible to the Chief Pilot for
the safe conduct of all assigned flights while operating the
aircraft in accordance with company policies, Federal
Aviation Regulations and aircraft limitations.
Providing leadership and promoting a "zero incident safety
Providing safe, comfortable, and efficient transport of
passengers and materials.
Providing ethical and responsible representation for the
company when dealing with business associates,
officials, and customers per company policies.
Performing pilot duties as assigned on any of the aircraft
in the fleet.
Performing the duties of second-in-command as
Performing limited office duties as assigned in support of
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma/GED
FAA Airline Transport Pilot License with appropriate ratings.
Current FAA First Class Medical Certification.
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
Necessary personal documentation (passport) to travel
Must have the minimum flight time as listed below:
5,000 hours total flight time
3,000 hours PIC time
1,000 hours in aircraft type
1,000 hours Alaska flight experience
Associates or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent technical
Experience in arctic operations in similar fleet owned
aircraft is preferred.
