1. The following fees are incurred by the Member:
1.1 MONTHLY MEMBERS: Your credit card will be billed in United States currency automatically for the next month and every month thereafter until you cancel your membership. Membership fees will be paid by automatic credit card debit on the first day of your billing cycle. It is not necessary to re-apply each month. Recurring membership fee will remain the same as it was when you first signed up. It will not change for the duration of your membership.

1.2 6-months and 1-year memberships are non-recurring and will be terminated automatically at the end of the term.  You will be notified via email about approaching expiration of your account 2 weeks prior to the expiration date. At that time you will have the opportunity to extend your membership.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY: Membership can be cancelled at any time by the Member. Cancellations are processed online only. See Member FAQ: Question 7 for instructions. CANCELLATION REQUESTS IN FORM OF VOICE MAIL OR EMAIL CANNOT BE PROCESSED.

4. Notices by AviaNation.com to Subscribers will be given by means of electronic messages or by a general posting on the service. 

5. Any liability of AviaNation.com's Website, including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by or on behalf of the subscriber to AviaNation.com for the preceding 30 days. 

6. No warranty is made by AviaNation.com regarding any information or services provided through or in connection with the Service, and AviaNation.com hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: 1) any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information or services. 

7. Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all material displayed on the Service is copyrighted by AviaNation.com and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of AviaNation.com, unless otherwise clearly stated in this Agreement. 

8. All questions, complaints, or notices to AviaNation.com must be sent to admin@AviaNation.com by electronic message.

9. AviaNation.com does not sell, exchange, trade, give, or relinquish personal information to any outside sources that was voluntarily surrendered during a visit to the AviaNation.com website.

10. AviaNation reserves the right to terminate any membership without notice.
