How do you become a Corporate Flight Attendant?
Corporate Flight Attendant and Private Aviation Flight Attendant careers differ from the Commercial Flight Attendant career, in that- unlike the commercial airlines, you must acquire your Corporate-Specific safety training on your own, prior to presenting yourself as a Corporate Flight Attendant (even if you have years of experience working as an airline Flight Attendant).
The most accepted training schools are:
FlightSafety (https://resources.flightsafety.com/corporate-cabin-attenda…/)
AirCare/FACTS (https://www.aircareinternational.com/crew-training)
and DiVinci InFlight Training Institute (https://www.davincitraininginstitute.com/training-program…/…).
Once you are trained, then you can start networking and knocking on the doors of the Chief Pilots in your area.
I also recommend Susan Friedenberg's Corporate Flight Attendant training, which will give you an excellent overview of the day-to-day requirements of the job. (http://www.corporateflightattendanttraining.com/)
You may also want to join the National Business Aviation Association (www.nbaa.org). They have an annual Corporate Flight Attendant conference, though not a recruiting event, it is an excellent place to learn and network. .
I highly recommend joining Women in Corporate Aviation- a non-profit group that offers networking, mentoring and scholarships. Previous scholarships have included all of the training courses listed above. (www.wca-intl.org)
There is also a new Corporate Networking event that currently happens each spring in Charlotte, NC. CCREW CABIN CREWMEMBER RESOURCE EXCHANGE WORKSHOP is an annual 2-day "non-conference" interactive event for corporate cabin crewmembers. www.ccrew.exchange
There are two Corporate Flight Operations (CFA) that will train you and make you part of their stable of on-call flight attendants. They are NetJets (https://www.netjets.com/Careers/Flight-Attendants/) and FlexJet (http://www.flexjet.com/company/careers/).
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have more questions.
