We are in the process of establishing a Flight Operations Department, based around a Pilatus PC-12 aircraft and backed-up with a Cessna 206 which will enter the fleet first. We expect the Department to grow with the company, over time encompassing more aircraft and potentially additional types.

We are currently recruiting, and offer a highly exciting – and exceptionally rare – opportunity to join a start-up aviation team within a mining company from its inception, and be part of driving its growth and development.

At present, we have immediate vacancies for two Pilots, on long-term contracts. Pilots will work initially on a “6/3” roster, i.e. 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off, and benefit from an attractive tax-optimised compensation package. After 1 year, we expect to be able to change the roster to "5/4".
