Job Title- Global Express 7500 Second-in-Command

Department- Elevate Jet Australia

Reports to- Chief Pilot

Location- Sydney, Australia

Summary of position-

The Second-in-Command, along with the PIC, will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft in accordance with federal regulations and Elevate Jet’s General Operations Manual, work as a team member in a crew environment, be safety-oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and embody superior customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities-

• Performing safe and timely flights for private VVIP operations
• Insure all aspects of aircraft readiness for upcoming trips
• Maintaining communications with operations
• Maintaining financial and operational records required for each flight
• Foster and environment that promotes teamwork and encourages crew members to strive for excellence

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-

• Multi-Engine FAA ATP (G7500 Type Rating preferred)
• 2500 hours total flight time
• 500 hours Global Express time, preferable in type
• Ability to hold a Class 1 medical
• No Violations, Accidents, or Incidents
• Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot.
• Compliant with ICAO Annex I - 2.1.10 as it pertains to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.

Education & Experience-

• College degree, preferred
• Previous corporate flight experience is essential for this role.
• International experience in an Ultra Long Range aircraft required.

Schedule & Travel-

• Schedule rotation varies by aircraft
• Travel required 100% of the time

Miscellaneous-

• Must hold an Australian passport, or be a resident with the legal right to work in Australia.
• Lifting requirements- Up to 50lbs
• Proof of certain vaccinations may be required
