 About the role

Reporting directly to the VP of Onboard Services, The Head of Cabin Crews is responsible to lead a team of more than 2,000 Flight Attendants, ensuring they meet all safety and service guidelines, policies and regulations. 

 Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible to provide qualified resources to run a seamless operation 
  • Lead performance management and development initiatives aligned with the company´s values and code of conduct
  • Develop strategic and operational plans to create a safety conscious environment promoting team´s safety and well-being
  • Lead projects and initiatives to achieve customer satisfaction, on time performance and other operational goals
  • Promote active and constant communication with the union

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly desirable, experience in operational management roles in the Airline industry
  • At least 5-8 years leading a large diverse workforce
  • Experience in labor negotiations
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, make sound decisions, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as a Team Member with a strong customer service orientation
  • High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Strategic, analytical thinking
  • Bachelor´s Degree
