It's an exciting time for Jetstar New Zealand as we look for vibrant individuals to join our team as Jetstar Cabin Crew. As the face of our business in the air, you'll embark on a rewarding journey dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring passenger safety. Based in Auckland, our Cabin Crew members are pivotal in our regional and trans-Tasman operations, jetting off to exciting destinations in Aotearoa, Australia, and Fiji. Before you take to the skies, you'll undergo comprehensive Ground School training, covering topics from customer service to emergency procedures, all delivered in a fun and informative group setting.

Eligibility: 

  • Passionate about safety and providing exceptional customer service 
  • Experienced in customer service and comfortable selling products 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills    
  • Prepared to work flexible hours every day of the year    
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or willingness to obtain  
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain  
  • Excellent health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water  
  • Right to work in New Zealand without restriction or sponsorship   
  • A valid passport with at least 12 months validity  
  • Commitment to 6 weeks of intensive paid training  
  • Height between 163cm – 186cm and ability  to reach 212cm  
  • 18 years of age or older  

Please note that this role is based in Auckland, and you must be willing to live and work from this location. Any relocation or travel must occur before you start training and will be at your own expense.  

Candidates successful through the screening process will be invited to an Assessment Centre (Group Interview) in September 2024.
